FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 15, 2016
Development Corporation of Austin (DCA) is seeking data about available buildings and land for lease or sale in Mower County. DCA maintains an inventory of properties ranging from office space and retail to manufacturing. Information about commercial and industrial properties can be forwarded to Mark Thein, DCA Business Development Director, at 507-459-3060, or mwjrthein@gmail.com.
“A comprehensive inventory assists developers, business owners and real estate professionals by consolidating information in one place,” said Thein. “DCA offers this service free of charge.”
The current list of land and buildings can be found on the DCA Web site, www.austindca.org, under the “Search Available Properties” tab. DCA Executive Director John Garry notes that “available property” is perhaps the most often requested information that comes into the DCA.
“It’s helpful to business owners and site selectors to have a thorough and up-to-date list,” said Garry. “For property owners and realtors, it’s one more tool to help get the word out about properties.”
Properties may also be added directly to the economic development property database used by DCA and the State of Minnesota, as well as many other states, at www.locationone.com. A user name can be attained via the Web site.
